		Zmachine RELEASE FORM (for use or ownership)	1/2/2005
		THIS IS A RELEASE -- READ BEFORE SIGNING

The undersigned (on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, personal
representatives, successors and assigns), for, and in consideration of the
opportunity to own or use a Zmachine hereby releases CADMATICS its owners
and employees, and other participants from any and all claims and demands,
rights and causes of action of any kind whatsoever which I now have or later
may have resulting from, arising out of, or in connection with the use or
ownership of a Zmachine.

This release extends to any and all claims I have or may have against the
Released Parties whether such claims result from negligence (except willful
neglect) on the part of any or all Released Parties with respect to the
Zmachine or with respect to the conditions, qualifications, instructions or
procedures under which the Zmachine is used or from any other cause.
I understand that this means that I agree not to sue any or all of the
Released Parties for any injuries or property damage resulting from the
use or ownership of a Zmachine.

I understand it may be a while before my Zmachine is delivered.

I also understand that the Zmachine is NOT A TOY and that I will use
it at my own risk, and tell any others whom I allow to touch or be around
my Zmachine that the Zmachine is NOT A TOY and that they will
use/be around it at their own risk.

I understand that EYE PROTECTION such as sun glasses should always be worn
when using the Zmachine, and that high RPM discs should be kept far away
from anyone not wearing eye protection.  Discs with nicked or rough edges
should not be used as they can "saw" through skin on contact.

The high speed range is not for children or novices.

Children and spectators should not be allowed anywhere near high RPM discs.

The Zmachine running at full speed can be dangerous, especially
to children who do not understand the amount of energy that can be stored
in something that appears to be standing still!

The Zmachine contains LEAD -and possibly other chemicals- that are known to
cause cancer, birth defects, etc.  Wash hands after using.

I fully understand the risks and dangers inherent in using or owning a
Zmachine.  I expressly agree to assume the entire risk of any accident or
personal injury which I, or anyone else, might suffer as a result of my
use or ownership of a Zmachine whether such risks results from negligence
(except willful neglect) on the part of any or all of the Release Parties.

For the purpose of implementing this Release, I expressly acknowledge that
this Release is intended to include all claims which the parties do not know
or suspect exist in their favor at the time of the executions hereof,
including specifically, without limitations, those described in Section 1542
of the California Civil Code which I hereby waive and, which section reads
as follows:

	"A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor
	does not know or suspect exist in his favor at the time of
	executing the release, which if known by him must have materially
	affected his settlement with the debtor."

By signing this Release, I certify that I have read this Release and fully
understand it and I am not relying on any statements or representations of
anyone released thereby.

I therefore agree not to hold CADMATICS or JOHN S. THORNE
responsible for ANY injures or damage that may occur from the use, ownership,
or storage of a Zmachine.
